Haskoning Renews License Agreement with EPS Group for Nereda Technology

Amsterdam Netherlands – Wednesday 12th March, 2025 – Haskoning is pleased to announce the renewal of its license agreement with EPS Group for the delivery of Nereda® technology in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. This renewal underscores the successful collaboration between the two companies and their shared commitment to advancing sustainable water treatment solutions.

Nereda technology, developed by Haskoning, is renowned for its use of aerobic granular sludge to provide efficient and cost-effective wastewater treatment. Since 2014, EPS Group has been a trusted partner in implementing Nereda solutions, delivering numerous projects that have significantly enhanced water treatment in the region.

With over 120 projects completed or underway globally, Nereda technology has proven to be an industry-leading solution for municipalities and industries aiming to achieve high quality effluent with limited resources. EPS Group's collaboration on the Winchburgh Wastewater Treatment Works project, which won the Engineering Design Excellence award, is part of this broader success story.
